PAYMENTIf checkout was attempted or completed, include the product name, approximate payment time, and the payment provider’s transaction or receipt reference if available.
ACCESSIf payment completed but access did not arrive, include the product name and transaction reference plus the email address used during checkout if the payment provider used one.
DUPLICATEProvide both transaction references and the product name so the records can be compared. Do not send card numbers or security codes.
FILETell us the device, operating system, PDF reader, and exact error. A screenshot of the error can be useful if it contains no sensitive information.
REFUNDState the product, transaction reference, reason for the request, and whether digital access was already delivered. The published Refund Policy governs the review together with applicable law.
Return to the product page and try the Buy button once more. If the site reports that payment is not configured, no valid payment link exists for that product yet.
Keep the provider receipt or reference. Review the Instant Access page for the configured digital-delivery expectations and support path.
Try a current PDF reader, confirm the file finished downloading, and note whether the problem occurs on another device or reader.
Compare the Curriculum, Product Differences table, and the module list on each product page. If two products still seem similar, contact Support with your specific learning goal.
Start with the learning path, then compare the exact module lists. Support can help interpret the published scope if you still have a specific question.
